Tech II Production Operator

Insight Global is hiring a full-time Tech II Production Operator in Rochester, Monroe County, to keep critical manufacturing lines running smoothly across fermentation, recovery, blending, and packaging operations.

About the Role

As a Tech II Production Operator with Insight Global in Rochester, Monroe County, you will play a hands-on part in day-to-day production. Working on-site, you will operate and monitor equipment across aseptic fermentation environments, recovery processes, and downstream blending and packaging, helping ensure output meets quality and safety standards. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and oversee fermentation operations, including aseptic conditions, C-tanks, and automated control systems.
• Support recovery activities using centrifuges and spray dryers, and carry out product loading tasks.
• Assist with blending and packaging processes throughout the facility.
• Handle materials and support shipping and receiving functions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe work area in line with production protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with automated systems and process equipment such as tanks, centrifuges, or dryers is an asset.
• Comfortable performing material handling, packaging, and shipping/receiving duties.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Able to work on-site full-time in Rochester, Monroe County.
