About the Role
This is a full-time senior leadership position responsible for advancing operational performance and organizational effectiveness across critical business functions. You'll serve as a catalyst for change, connecting company strategy to on-the-ground execution and tangible business outcomes. Based in our Cheektowaga office, you'll work a standard Monday through Friday schedule in an office environment.
What You'll Do
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable gains in growth, quality, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and manufacturing productivity
- Architect and optimize business systems and processes within the Bioproduction Group to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams through transformation efforts, building momentum and accountability for results
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and develop data-driven solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators and translate findings into actionable improvement roadmaps
- Build and mentor teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operations, process improvement, or business systems optimization roles
- Track record of successfully implementing change initiatives and driving measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data and business metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to influence across organizational levels
- Experience in manufacturing, bioproduction, or regulated industries is a plus
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a complex, fast-paced environment
