Join CBRE as a Utilities Infrastructure Due Diligence Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County. In this full-time position with our Global Workplace Solutions team, you'll lead critical infrastructure assessment and deployment planning for major projects across North America.
About the Role
You'll evaluate utility infrastructure and systems to support large-scale project deployment and due diligence. Working within CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions division, you'll conduct comprehensive infrastructure assessments that inform project strategy, risk assessment, and resource planning. Your analysis will directly support infrastructure mobilization and startup activities across multiple North American sites, helping projects launch on schedule and at full operational capacity.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments of utility infrastructure and systems to support project due diligence
- Evaluate site readiness and utility capacity for large-scale infrastructure deployment initiatives
- Develop detailed cost analyses and infrastructure recommendations based on assessment findings
- Support infrastructure mobilization and initial deployment startup activities
- Prepare comprehensive reports documenting infrastructure assessment results and deployment readiness
- Partner with cross-functional project teams to ensure utility infrastructure requirements align with deployment schedules
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven experience with utility systems analysis, infrastructure assessment, or project due diligence
- Strong analytical, research, and technical writing capabilities
- Proficiency with standard business software and data analysis platforms
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively
- Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
