About the Role
As Regional Medical Director for Mission Pet Health, you'll oversee medical standards and clinical operations across our Colorado locations—from the Denver metro area and Castle Rock to Colorado Springs, Eagle, Basalt, Glenwood Springs, and Grand Junction. You'll serve as the senior clinical voice for this multi-hospital region, ensuring consistent, high-quality medicine while supporting practice growth and team development.
What You'll Do
- Set clinical protocols and quality standards across all regional facilities, ensuring evidence-based medicine and patient safety
- Mentor and support veterinary doctors, helping them grow clinically and professionally
