About the Role

In this role you will serve as the critical eyes of the security operation, observing live and recorded feeds to detect irregularities, ensure safety protocols are followed, and support on‑site teams with timely information. What You'll Do

• Monitor multiple camera feeds in real time, noting any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Accurately log observations, incidents, and routine checks using designated reporting systems.
• Communicate findings promptly to patrol officers, supervisors, or emergency services as required.
• Conduct periodic audits of video storage to ensure footage is retained according to policy.
• Assist with the setup and testing of surveillance equipment when needed.
• Stay current with company procedures, legal guidelines, and best practices for video surveillance.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law‑enforcement training is a plus.
• Proven ability to maintain focus for extended periods while reviewing visual information.
• Strong observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and video management software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid state security guard license or eligibility to obtain one.
