About the Role
As an Assistant Residential Manager, you'll oversee daily operations and provide direct support within our adult residential community. This position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on engagement, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities and programs for adult residents
- Provide direct support with daily living tasks and community integration
- Maintain documentation and records related to resident care and services
- Train and guide staff members on program protocols and best practices
- Ensure safe, respectful, and inclusive residential environments
- Support residents' independence, autonomy, and personal goals
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the broader care team
Scheduling & Compensation
This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts including Monday and Thursday (7–11 am and 2–9 pm), Friday (7 am–1 pm), and Saturday (9 am–9 pm). The position pays $24.00–$26.40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
