Join Brightway Living & Learning as an Assistant Residential Manager in our Adult Residential Services program, based in Nesconset, Suffolk County. This full-time, hourly position offers the opportunity to lead and support adults in residential settings, with flexible scheduling across morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.

About the Role

As an Assistant Residential Manager, you'll oversee daily operations and provide direct support within our adult residential community. This position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on engagement, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities and programs for adult residents
  • Provide direct support with daily living tasks and community integration
  • Maintain documentation and records related to resident care and services
  • Train and guide staff members on program protocols and best practices
  • Ensure safe, respectful, and inclusive residential environments
  • Support residents' independence, autonomy, and personal goals
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the broader care team

Scheduling & Compensation

This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts including Monday and Thursday (7–11 am and 2–9 pm), Friday (7 am–1 pm), and Saturday (9 am–9 pm). The position pays $24.00–$26.40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
