Siemens Healthineers is seeking a full-time MR Clinical Education Specialist to support healthcare organizations across the Northeast, Midwest, and Central US regions. In this role, you'll deliver expert training and clinical education to hospital teams, ensuring optimal adoption and proficiency with our magnetic resonance imaging systems.
About the Role
As an MR Clinical Education Specialist at Siemens Healthineers, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge MR technology and the clinical teams who use it daily. Based in the Northeast, Midwest, or Central US, you'll work directly with hospital staff, radiologists, and technologists to build their expertise and confidence with our systems.
What You'll Do
- Deliver on-site and virtual clinical training to hospital teams on MR equipment operation, protocols, and best practices
- Develop and customize training materials tailored to individual facility needs and clinical workflows
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational workshops for radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff
- Support hospital teams in troubleshooting clinical challenges and optimizing imaging workflows
- Partner with account teams to accelerate product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on the latest MR technology developments and clinical applications
- Document training activities and gather feedback to measure educational effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- Clinical background or MR imaging experience (ARRT certification or equivalent preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to teach and explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hospital teams
- Willingness to travel within your assigned Northeast, Midwest, or Central US region
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare, medical device training, or clinical education (preferred)
- Proficiency with presentation software and learning management systems (a plus)
