About the Role

As an Account Support Specialist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for corporate clients using FCM's travel management services. You'll combine relationship management with operational expertise to ensure clients receive responsive, high-quality support for their national and global travel needs. This role bridges client success and internal operations, working collaboratively with travel coordinators, managers, and leadership to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
