As an LMFT at our Lake Kitchawan location, you'll deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse client populations. What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using established clinical frameworks
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, psychiatrists, and other providers to coordinate care
• Work with clients across diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns, including relationship dynamics, family systems, and life transitions
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Valid New York State License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Strong foundational knowledge of family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Excellent clinical listening and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals, couples, and multi-generational families
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusive practice
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to documentation and clinical workflows
