Drivers earn 57–64 cents per mile based on experience and performance, with an average of 2,000 miles per week translating to strong weekly earnings. New hires receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus. The company guarantees a $1,500 weekly minimum pay. Top-performing OTR drivers in the fleet earn up to $1,650 or more weekly.
