NetSuite Account Manager – Emerging Markets – Santa Monica

Join Oracle as a NetSuite Account Manager serving emerging markets, based in Topeka, Shawnee County. This is a full-time opportunity to manage and expand strategic customer relationships while driving revenue growth in our fastest-growing markets.

About the Role

As a NetSuite Account Manager focused on emerging markets, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of established customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their Oracle NetSuite investment. You'll combine strategic account planning with hands-on customer success to grow wallet share, reduce churn, and develop long-term partnerships with mid-market and enterprise organizations expanding their operations globally.

What You'll Do

• Own quarterly and annual revenue targets by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and upselling complementary NetSuite modules
• Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align NetSuite capabilities with customer growth objectives
• Coordinate with implementation, support, and sales engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve customer challenges
• Monitor account health metrics, forecast renewal probability, and proactively engage at-risk customers
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding market and product feedback to NetSuite leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and line-of-business stakeholders across your customer base
• Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed to strengthen relationships and represent Oracle NetSuite

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of SaaS account management, enterprise software sales, or customer success experience
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and managing a customer portfolio
• Understanding of cloud business systems, ERP, financial management software, or similar enterprise solutions
• Ability to navigate complex customer organizations and build credibility with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for emerging markets and international business expansion
• Willingness to travel internationally 10-15% of the time
