About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside your Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Whitefield store. You'll be responsible for supporting team management, ensuring the store meets operational standards, and creating an environment where customers receive excellent service and employees feel valued.

What You'll Do

• Coach and supervise store team members on a day-to-day basis
• Assist with employee scheduling and training initiatives
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Support inventory control and shrink prevention measures
• Handle cash management and transaction processing
• Help ensure customers receive prompt, friendly service
• Participate in opening and closing store procedures as assigned
• Support visual merchandising and promotional activities

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and motivate others
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a busy retail environment
• Reliability and ability to commit to a full-time schedule
• Cash handling experience and basic mathematical aptitude
