What You'll Do

• Oversee inventory, stocking, rotation, and merchandise displays for all perishable items
• Maintain strict food safety and health code compliance throughout your department
• Supervise and train team members, fostering accountability and excellent customer service
• Monitor product freshness, quality, and shelf life to minimize waste and returns
• Track departmental sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals
• Coordinate with store management on ordering, pricing, promotions, and inventory needs
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
• Address customer questions and build relationships that drive loyalty

What We're Looking For

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Retail, food service, or grocery management experience strongly preferred
