• Help manage store opening and closing procedures
• Oversee inventory, merchandise organization, and stock placement
• Train and supervise store associates, providing guidance and feedback
• Operate the point-of-sale system and manage cash handling
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Work with the Store Manager to meet sales and operational targets
• Assist customers and resolve questions or concerns they may have
• Uphold company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting duties
