About the Role
As Assistant Superintendent at Falls Village Golf Club, you'll partner with the head superintendent to maintain exceptional course conditions that define the member and guest experience. GreatLife Golf manages over 50 golf courses across multiple states, and your day-to-day contributions will directly impact course playability, aesthetics, and operational excellence. This hands-on position combines technical skill with hands-on work across all aspects of golf course management.
What You'll Do
- Assist with turf care and grounds maintenance throughout Falls Village Golf Club
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot golf course equipment and machinery
- Support irrigation system management and scheduling
- Coordinate grounds crew activities and contractor relationships
- Monitor course conditions and contribute to playability recommendations
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs and safety compliance protocols
- Support the superintendent in strategic course maintenance planning
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in turf management or golf course operations
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
