About the Role
This is a full-time sales leadership position based in Washington, D.C. You'll lead strategic sales initiatives for a suite of enterprise applications serving communications service providers and large enterprises navigating digital transformation. Your focus will be on building and closing high-value deals while developing a high-performing sales organization aligned with Oracle's growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead sales strategy and execution for BSS/OSS/CRM/CPQ solutions across your territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with communications service providers and enterprises
- Develop and manage a pipeline of large enterprise deals
- Build and mentor a sales team to exceed revenue targets
- Partner with solution engineers and product teams to address customer needs
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Represent Oracle at industry events and customer engagements
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience in enterprise software, telecommunications, or business applications
- Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of BSS, OSS, CRM, and/or CPQ solutions or related enterprise platforms
- Experience selling to communications service providers or managing complex B2B sales cycles
- Strategic thinking and ability to engage at executive levels
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth
