About the Role

As a substitute teacher with Kreyco, you'll provide essential classroom coverage for PreK-12 students across multiple school settings in the Kittrell and Trinity County area. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling while allowing you to engage directly with students and support schools throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Deliver classroom instruction and assigned activities to maintain learning continuity when regular teachers are absent
• Build positive relationships with students and create a structured, inclusive learning environment
• Follow lesson plans and curriculum guidance while adapting to different grade levels and subject areas
• Maintain clear communication with school staff regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Support students with varied learning needs and ensure all learners participate meaningfully
• Uphold school policies and behavioral expectations while modeling professional conduct
• Contribute to school culture and demonstrate commitment to student success

What We're Looking For

• Valid teaching credential or eligibility for substitute teaching as required by state standards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Genuine passion for working with K-12 students and supporting their academic growth
• Reliability and flexibility to respond to assignment schedules
• Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with school teams
• Experience in PreK-12 education or demonstrated commitment to educational excellence
