About the Role
Konnections Staffing has partnered with TASKids to find a compassionate, motivated Behavior Therapist/RBT to support children and their families across Perris and the surrounding Moreno Valley, Riverside County area. This part-time afternoon position runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, making it an ideal fit for clinicians who want meaningful, hands-on work that complements their existing schedule. New hires enjoy a $500 ABA sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a supervising clinician.
- Collect and document accurate session data to track each child's progress toward their goals.
- Partner with families to encourage consistency and reinforce positive skill development.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment during every afternoon session.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping children and families thrive through ABA.
- Experience as a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred.
- Reliable availability for the afternoon schedule of 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Strong communication, patience, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on-site with clients in the Perris and Inland Empire region.
