About the Role

As a Part Time Sales Lead at our Mission Viejo, Orange County store, you'll take on floor leadership responsibilities during your assigned shifts. You'll serve as a role model for our team, guide and mentor fellow team members, and champion our commitment to exceptional customer service. When you're not serving as Floor Leader on Duty, you'll contribute as an active member of our sales team, supporting our store's day-to-day operations and customer interactions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and direct team members on the sales floor during designated shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Model and reinforce our company's customer-first behaviors and values with every customer interaction
• Support achievement of store sales targets through active floor presence and team engagement
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, helping them succeed in their roles
• Maintain store operations standards including merchandise presentation, inventory awareness, and store cleanliness
• Serve as an approachable resource for customers and team members throughout your shift
