Remote Sales Executive – Telecoms & Networking

WebProps.org, headquartered in Louisville, Jefferson County, is hiring a Remote Sales Executive for Telecoms & Networking solutions. This full-time remote position offers unlimited commission potential with monthly earnings of $5,000–$10,000.

Role Overview

You'll drive sales growth for connectivity solutions that reach customers where traditional broadband cannot. WebProps.org installs Starlink satellite internet, structured networking systems, Wi-Fi optimization, and advanced connectivity infrastructure for residential and commercial clients nationwide. With demand accelerating across the country, we're building our sales team to capture this market opportunity and expand our customer base.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify sales opportunities through prospecting, inbound leads, and client referrals
• Conduct discovery conversations to diagnose connectivity challenges and recommend tailored solutions
• Present Starlink installations, network infrastructure upgrades, and performance optimization strategies to decision-makers
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from initial consultation through contract closure
• Nurture existing customer relationships to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
• Monitor pipeline activity, forecast results, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project transitions

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B or technology sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
• Familiarity with broadband, telecom, satellite internet, or networking industries
• Consultative selling mindset and ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-motivated work ethic suited to independent, remote-based selling
• Organized approach to pipeline management and sales metrics tracking
• Willingness to grow expertise and adapt to evolving connectivity technologies
