About the Role

You'll serve as the primary business contact for enterprise customers, managing complex, multi-million-dollar relationships with C-level stakeholders and technical teams. Your focus will be identifying how PagerDuty's Digital Operations Management platform solves their most critical challenges—from incident response to operational resilience—and expanding adoption across their organization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives to drive incremental revenue and long-term growth
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, procurement leaders, and technical decision-makers across large organizations
  • Uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts and position new PagerDuty solutions to address emerging needs
  • Lead the complete sales process from discovery and requirements gathering through negotiation and contract closure
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth implementations and sustained customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline and forecast with precision in a quota-driven environment
  • Represent PagerDuty's platform and vision at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic business reviews

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales, with demonstrated success closing six-figure deals
  • Proven expertise managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales cycles
  • Track record of building lasting customer relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; ability to engage confidently with C-suite leaders
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales methodologies
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, metric-focused sales environment
  • Background in DevOps, incident management, or digital operations a strong advantage
