Genesis / Matt Talbot / Horizon is hiring a THS Site Checker to monitor our Transitional Living Properties in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County. This is a flexible, part-time position offering approximately 1-3 hours per day of work, totaling 7-21 hours per week.
About the Role
As a Transitional Living Monitor, you'll conduct regular site checks at designated locations to ensure our transitional living facilities maintain safe, appropriate residential environments for our residents. Your flexible schedule means you can work the hours that fit your life, whether you're seeking supplemental income or work that accommodates other commitments.
What You'll Do
- Perform assigned site checks at Transitional Housing Spaces (THS) locations
- Complete regular inspections according to established protocols and schedules
- Monitor property conditions and residential environments
- Document and report findings as required
- Support Genesis and Matt Talbot's mission to provide quality behavioral health services
