What You'll Do

- Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation

What We're Looking For
- Current Audi Master Guild Certification or equivalent advanced Audi training and qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Audi and European vehicle repair
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic scanning tools and specialized equipment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
