Stryker is seeking a Director, Sage Compliance Officer to lead our compliance function at our Cary, McHenry County office. This full-time position oversees the compliance program strategy and execution across a substantial business unit within our Medical Division.

What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy comprehensive compliance program strategies tailored to business objectives
- Oversee all compliance activities and initiatives across the Medical Division business unit
- Guide compliance professionals and establish organizational policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and deploy preventive controls to mitigate regulatory exposure
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate compliance into business planning
- Stay current on regulatory changes and evolve programs to maintain compliance
