Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate based in Boston, Massachusetts to join our dynamic sales team in supporting the growth of our Upper Extremities business across the assigned territory.

About the Role

As an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in Boston, you'll work field-based in a full-time capacity, collaborating directly with experienced Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in the medical device industry while contributing meaningfully to business development within our Upper Extremities division.

What You'll Do

• Support Sales Representatives across the full scope of sales activities and customer interactions
• Engage with healthcare providers and surgical teams to understand clinical needs and product applications
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge of Stryker's Upper Extremities portfolio and competitive positioning
• Participate in surgical cases and clinical environments to gain hands-on understanding of device usage
• Assist with territory management and account development initiatives
• Contribute to pipeline development and sales forecasting activities
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience in sales, healthcare, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Self-motivated with genuine interest in learning the medical device and orthopedic industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and learn from experienced mentors
• Comfort working in clinical and surgical settings
• Willingness to travel within your assigned Boston-area territory
