Director, Sage Compliance Officer

Stryker is seeking a Director, Sage Compliance Officer to lead our compliance function at our Cary, McHenry County office. This full-time position oversees the compliance program strategy and execution across a substantial business unit within our Medical Division.

Your work ensures our business unit meets all regulatory obligations, maintains integrity, and protects organizational reputation.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy comprehensive compliance program strategies tailored to business objectives
• Oversee all compliance activities and initiatives across the Medical Division business unit
• Guide compliance professionals and establish organizational policies and governance frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments and deploy preventive controls to mitigate regulatory exposure
• Partner with executive leadership to integrate compliance into business planning
• Stay current on regulatory changes and evolve programs to maintain compliance
• Ensure complete documentation and readiness for compliance audits and inspections
