About the Role
In this full‑time position, you act as a key liaison between the store management team and front‑line associates, ensuring that operational standards are met while supporting initiatives that expand the store’s presence in the local community.
What You'll Do
- Support the management team in executing sales and marketing strategies that grow the Connecticut Fine Wine & Spirits brand.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor supervision, and customer flow management.
- Help build and maintain a sales‑and‑service culture that emphasizes product knowledge, courteous interaction, and best‑in‑class service.
- Assist with inventory control, receiving shipments, and merchandising displays to keep the sales floor organized and appealing.
