Deloitte seeks an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Senior Manager to lead operations and drive strategic improvements for our healthcare clients in International, King County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee critical revenue cycle functions, guide high-performing teams, and help healthcare organizations optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Senior Manager at Deloitte, you will direct end-to-end revenue cycle operations, from patient registration and claims submission through collections and reconciliation. You'll partner with clinical and administrative teams to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will directly impact client cash flow, collection rates, and overall financial health.

What You'll Do

• Oversee revenue cycle functions including patient billing, claims management, accounts receivable, and payment processing
• Lead and mentor teams to maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage denials and appeals processes to maximize revenue recovery
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, payers, and billing system vendors to streamline operations
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and other applicable healthcare regulations
• Develop strategies to reduce days in accounts receivable and improve cash conversion
• Report on key performance indicators and recommend process enhancements to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Extensive healthcare revenue cycle experience with demonstrated success managing teams and operations
• Deep knowledge of billing systems, claims processing, and healthcare compliance requirements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational improvements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing revenue cycle metrics and financial performance analysis
• Understanding of insurance networks, reimbursement models, and denial management
• Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and data analysis tools
