CLUB – Fitness Trainer

About the Role

As a Fitness Trainer with Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners, you'll inspire and guide members of all fitness levels through their wellness journeys. Working in our Sandersville facility, you'll combine your passion for fitness with genuine care for member success, helping people build lasting, active lifestyles in a supportive, inclusive community.

What You'll Do

• Conduct fitness assessments and one-on-one consultations to understand member goals and current fitness levels
• Create and lead personalized workout programs designed for individual needs and abilities
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide real-time feedback to ensure safe, effective workouts
• Motivate and encourage members through their fitness journey, celebrating progress and milestones
• Maintain expertise in gym equipment and facilities to help members maximize their training
• Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere consistent with our Judgement Free Zone philosophy
• Educate members on foundational fitness and wellness principles
• Build meaningful relationships with members to support their long-term commitment to health
