About the Role

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking an experienced Market Strategy-Business Development Manager to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies in the nuclear market. This full-time position combines strategic planning with hands-on business development to identify new market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and advance Kiewit's competitive position in the nuclear security enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Develop market strategy and competitive intelligence to guide long-term business growth in the nuclear sector
  • Lead business development initiatives, including proposal development and client prospecting
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, government agencies, and prime contractors
  • Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance teams to ensure strategy alignment
  • Present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Support the preparation of technical and management proposals for major contract awards
