About the Role

As Senior Director of Solution Design for Healthcare Technology Management, you will lead the conception and delivery of integrated, client-focused solutions that address complex operational and technology challenges for healthcare providers. This position sits at the nexus of sales strategy, operations, finance, and marketing—translating market opportunities into viable, scalable solutions that win and retain enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

• Design comprehensive solution architectures that differentiate Sodexo in the healthcare technology market and align with client strategic priorities
• Work with sales teams to translate client requirements and market opportunities into detailed, financially sound solution proposals
• Oversee the full lifecycle of solution development, from initial concept through operational readiness and market launch
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure solutions are operationally viable, financially sustainable, and positioned for success
• Direct a solution design team focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
• Cultivate deep relationships with healthcare provider partners and key industry stakeholders
• Represent Healthcare Technology Management at strategic forums and in business development conversations

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience in healthcare technology, solution architecture, operations management, or related fields
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and executing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of healthcare provider operations, pain points, regulatory environment, and market trends
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; proven influence over senior decision-makers
• Balance of strategic vision and operational execution capability
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
