About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide daily care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. This full-time position offers meaningful work in a team-based environment committed to person-centered support and community inclusion.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct personal care assistance, including activities of daily living and mobility support
- Support clients in community outings, social activities, and recreational engagement
- Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and maintaining safe living environments
- Document client progress and communicate important information with the support team
- Respond to client needs with patience, respect, and person-centered care practices
- Follow individualized support plans and maintain client confidentiality
What We're Looking For

- Reliable transportation and ability to work the 3 pm – 11 pm schedule, Monday through Friday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to provide hands-on support and assistance
