Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a vital part in our mission to connect residents with quality living spaces that suit their lifestyle and stage of life. You'll represent our property with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for each person who walks through the door.

What You'll Do

• Conduct tours of available units and common areas, highlighting features and amenities that match residents' needs
• Answer detailed questions about lease terms, pricing, policies, and building services
• Screen prospective residents, collect applications, and guide them through qualification requirements
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure positive community experiences
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property layouts, available units, and community features
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with professionalism and responsiveness
• Process lease documents accurately and maintain organized records
