Join Certified Mobile Notary Service as a Traveling Notary Public in Oklahoma City, OK. In this full-time role, you'll provide mobile notarization services throughout the OKC area, meeting clients at their homes, offices, or preferred locations to execute time-sensitive legal documents. If you're a detail-oriented professional with notary certification and a commitment to service excellence, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations throughout the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding areas to provide notary services
- Notarize and witness mortgage refinancing documents and home loan paperwork
- Prepare and notarize real estate transaction documents, including seller packets and purchase agreements
- Execute power of attorney documents, wills, trusts, and estate planning forms
- Notarize affidavits, legal declarations, and general notarial forms
- Process vehicle title transfers and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all notarizations and verify client identity per state requirements
- Build client relationships and represent Certified Mobile Notary Service professionally in the field
What We're Looking For
- Active Oklahoma notary public certification or ability to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of notary laws, regulations, and best practices
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the OKC area
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail with legal documents
- Ability to manage your schedule and meet client appointment times consistently
