About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll serve as a key revenue driver for our hotel portfolio. Your primary focus will be identifying and securing new business opportunities from diverse market segments, including corporate, small business, group, and leisure travel accounts. You'll take ownership of prospecting activities, account management, and strategic pricing initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets for your represented properties.

What You'll Do

• Proactively develop new business by identifying and qualifying leads from small business, corporate, and group segments
• Source new accounts and target potential clients aligned with hotel revenue goals
• Re-engage and cultivate past business relationships to generate repeat bookings and account growth
• Execute property-specific pricing strategies and business travel rate optimization
• Coordinate with property operations teams to ensure seamless proposal delivery and account support
• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic sales approach
• Maintain detailed account records and sales pipeline management
• Contribute to hotel topline revenue achievement through consistent business development activity

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in hotel sales, business development, or related hospitality sales environment
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with ability to close new business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and pricing strategies
• Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple accounts and territories independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems and hotel sales technology platforms
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
