What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in platform infrastructure or systems engineering
- Proven ability to design and scale large distributed systems
- Strong understanding of distributed computing architecture and challenges
- Systems thinking and skill balancing immediate needs with long-term vision
- Experience leading engineers and making architectural decisions across large teams
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
