Assistant Store Manager – Chico’s

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee all daily operations at our Cranberry Township store. You'll drive sales growth, manage team performance, and ensure our customers receive the personalized shopping experience Chico's is known for. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll split time between floor leadership, administrative responsibilities, and strategic store management.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules to optimize floor coverage while managing labor budgets effectively
• Support the sales team in meeting performance targets and maintaining excellent customer engagement
• Monitor inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and store cleanliness to brand standards
• Review time sheets and manage payroll accuracy and compliance
• Identify and develop talent on your team through coaching and mentorship
• Assist with asset protection and loss prevention initiatives
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance management of store staff

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
