Market Service Manager – UniFirst

UniFirst is hiring a full-time Market Service Manager in Nevada, Story County to lead our service operations team and drive exceptional customer experiences across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing our service department's day-to-day execution and team performance.

About the Role

As Market Service Manager, you'll be the operational leader of our service department, accountable for delivering reliable, high-quality service to our customer base. You'll build and develop a talented team of Route Service Managers, Supervisors, and Representatives who visit multiple client locations daily. Your focus will be on operational excellence, team leadership, and maintaining the long-term customer relationships that define UniFirst's success.

What You'll Do

• Direct all aspects of service department operations to meet customer and company standards
• Recruit, hire, and train Route Service Managers, Supervisors, and Representatives
• Oversee team performance, coaching, and development to build a strong, engaged workforce
• Manage route assignments and scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery across multiple customer accounts
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery and customer retention
