About the Role
As the North America Mopar Repair and Circular Economy Data Analytics Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of advanced analytics solutions that power decision-making across our Repair/Reman/Reuse aftermarket portfolio. You'll own the full lifecycle of data initiatives—from strategy and tool development through implementation, deployment, and continuous optimization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll translate complex data into actionable business strategy and drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy data analytics platforms and reporting tools that track Repair, Remanufacturing, and Reuse parts performance across North America
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
- Manage data pipelines, quality assurance, and integration across internal and external data sources
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align analytics with business objectives and support circular economy initiatives
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models that enable strategic planning and real-time decision-making
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize aftermarket repair logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related analytical roles
- Proficiency with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Advanced SQL skills and programming experience with Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience with sales analytics, supply chain operations, or automotive aftermarket business preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing team initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Strategic mindset combined with strong technical execution and problem-solving capabilities
