What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform procurement and materials management processes within Global Purchasing & Supply Chain (GPSC)
- Serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring supply chain requirements align with SAP S/4HANA implementation roadmaps
- Champion the design, rollout, and optimization of updated supply chain workflows and operational models
- Manage change initiatives, including process documentation, stakeholder communication, and team training programs
- Drive adoption of new systems and best practices across supply chain functions
- Collaborate on system configuration, data migration, and integration strategies
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to measure transformation impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation or ERP system implementations
- Deep supply chain, procurement, or materials management background
- Demonstrated expertise with SAP systems, preferably S/4HANA
- Strong project and program management capabilities in complex, cross-functional environments
- Excellent ability to translate between technical and business audiences
- Track record leading organizational change and building adoption within teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
