UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant for our Minnetonka Mills location in Hennepin County, Minnesota. This is a full-time, on-site position with a leading healthcare organization transforming how Americans access and experience quality care.

About the Role

As Senior Administrative Assistant at UnitedHealth Group, you'll be the organizational backbone for executive leadership and cross-functional teams. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate high-impact meetings, and streamline operations that directly support our mission to simplify healthcare delivery and remove barriers to quality care.

What You'll Do

• Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership review
• Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and special projects
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain databases, filing systems, and documentation with high accuracy
• Support multiple team members while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Identify process improvements and implement administrative efficiencies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive support role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and modern business software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters
• Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred
