What You'll Do

• Support quality and access initiatives focused on dismantling obstacles to affordable, high-quality care
• Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for diverse audiences

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, economics, public health, data science, or related discipline
• 2+ years of professional experience in healthcare analytics, operations analysis, or comparable analytical role
• Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
• Solid knowledge of healthcare industry structure, quality metrics, and outcomes measurement
• Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed approach and strong remote collaboration skills
