Oracle is hiring a Digital Journey Leader in Chisolm, Montgomery County to lead customer success strategy within Oracle Health. This is a full-time position focused on designing and delivering customer engagement experiences that drive adoption and retention.
About the Role
As a Digital Journey Leader at Oracle Health, you'll own the end-to-end customer communication and engagement strategy for the external digital experience. You'll translate customer needs into a cohesive, scalable engagement model that shifts Oracle Health toward proactive, data-driven customer interactions. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product strategy, and digital transformation—directly impacting how healthcare organizations experience and maximize their Oracle Health investment.
What You'll Do
- Design the customer digital journey roadmap, identifying key touchpoints, communication channels, and engagement moments across the customer lifecycle
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital engagement capabilities, ensuring adoption and customer success
- Partner with customer success, product, and marketing teams to align messaging, timing, and delivery of proactive customer communications
- Build scalable frameworks and processes that enable the customer success organization to serve customers more effectively through digital-first approaches
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and success metrics to continuously optimize the journey and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize how Oracle Health engages with customers, reducing friction and improving outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in customer success, digital strategy, product management, or related customer-facing leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement customer engagement strategies at scale in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, omnichannel communication, and customer journey mapping methodologies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence across organizational silos
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring customer engagement impact
- Organized, proactive, and customer-centric approach to solving business problems
