What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service, helping shoppers find products and answering questions about merchandise
• Process transactions at the register accurately and efficiently, handling cash and payment methods
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise throughout the store
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays that reflect our store standards
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks
• Help train and mentor other team members when needed
• Work with the store manager to meet sales and operational goals
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues when possible

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail or customer service experience, or willingness to learn on the job
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, dependable work ethic
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining store appearance
