About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planning Manager in EY's consulting practice, you'll partner with mid-market and Fortune 500 organizations to architect, implement, and optimize SAP-powered supply chain solutions. You'll combine deep technical knowledge of SAP's IBP and PPDS modules with strategic business acumen to deliver measurable client outcomes in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Lead SAP supply chain planning implementations and enhancements, working directly with client leadership to define requirements and drive adoption
- Architect integrated solutions across Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) modules
- Manage multi-phase consulting engagements—from discovery and design through testing and go-live—while maintaining budget and timeline accountability
- Conduct gap assessments and translate business objectives into technical SAP configurations and process improvements
- Serve as the technical authority on supply chain planning best practices, mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with EY colleagues in finance, operations, and technology to deliver integrated transformation solutions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Supply Chain Planning experience, including demonstrated proficiency with IBP and PPDS
- Proven success managing complex SAP implementations or optimization projects from inception to completion
- Solid foundation in supply chain management—demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, and production scheduling
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management abilities across diverse client environments
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional background)
- Willingness to travel to client locations as project scope requires
