About the Role
Kreyco is hiring dedicated part-time paraprofessionals and RBTs to work alongside K-12 teachers and school staff. In this role, you'll provide direct support to students, help implement classroom instruction, and contribute to a positive learning environment where students can grow academically and behaviorally.
What You'll Do
- Support students with academic tasks and skill-building under teacher direction
- Assist with classroom instruction and student supervision
- Implement behavior strategies and interventions as directed by school teams
- Monitor and communicate student progress to teachers and families
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all school and district guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Strong dedication to supporting K-12 student learning and development
- Experience working with students or relevant background in education support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with school teams
- Reliability and professional commitment in a school-based environment
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to student and classroom needs
- RBT certification, paraprofessional credentials, or equivalent relevant experience
