About the Role
As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic at JP Euro, you'll lead diagnostic and repair operations on luxury and high-performance vehicles. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with mentorship responsibilities, ensuring every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex BMW systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty work on BMW vehicles
- Manage job scheduling, parts ordering, and work documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure quality control across all repairs
- Stay current with BMW technical updates and repair procedures
- Work collaboratively to maintain shop efficiency and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Master-level BMW diagnostic and repair certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven expertise with BMW engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems
- Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and BMW-specific equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service excellence
