About the Role

As Manager of PCG Supervision at Janney's Philadelphia office, you'll oversee the Private Client Group's supervision operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and company policies. You'll report to senior leadership while serving as a key liaison between branch operations and corporate functions. This is an opportunity to shape how sales activities are monitored and to mentor a dedicated supervision team focused on protecting client interests and firm integrity.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the PCG Supervision Team with clear direction, performance expectations, and professional development opportunities
• Oversee supervision of sales and advisory activities across the Private Client Group to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate closely with branch leadership to address supervision needs, identify trends, and implement improvements
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams to align supervision frameworks with firm-wide initiatives
• Monitor sales activities, review documentation, and provide feedback to ensure quality standards and risk management
• Develop and refine supervision processes, training materials, and quality assurance programs
• Report on supervision metrics, findings, and recommendations to senior management

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in supervision, compliance, or sales management in financial services
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and influence across organizational levels
• Strong knowledge of FINRA regulations, securities laws, and broker-dealer compliance requirements
• Experience working in or supporting a PCG or wealth management environment
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to balance accountability, fairness, and relationship-building in a regulated environment
• Proficiency with standard office software and comfort learning new systems as needed
