What You'll Do

  • Handle employment litigation matters from case intake through trial and appellate proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda, briefs, and courtroom arguments
  • Communicate persuasively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts in written and oral formats
  • Advise clients on employment law compliance, policy development, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to develop case strategy and legal positions
  • Manage client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of professional responsibility

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed attorney with a minimum of 3 years of employment law experience
  • Proven track record in employment litigation or employment law practice
  • Strong writing ability with demonstrated success drafting legal documents and arguments
  • Excellent public speaking and persuasion skills for client meetings and court proceedings
  • Solid academic credentials and commitment to continuing legal education
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional judgment
