About the Role

As a Food and Beverage team member at Target's Cedar Hill, Dallas store, you'll keep our Food Service, Starbucks, Deli, and Bakery areas fresh, welcoming, and fully stocked. The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50 USD per hour. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity—remote work is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, consistent experience for every guest across Food Service, Starbucks, Deli, and Bakery counters
• Prepare, handle, and serve food and beverages while following safety and freshness standards
• Keep displays, coolers, and work areas clean, organized, and well stocked throughout your shift
• Restock products and rotate inventory to maintain quality and reduce waste
• Support a fast-paced team environment and step in wherever guests and teammates need help

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for serving guests and creating positive in-store moments
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on retail and food setting
• Willingness to learn food handling, preparation, and safety practices
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable being on your feet throughout a shift
• Availability for a full-time schedule at the Cedar Hill, Dallas location
